Vitamin K2 has been found to prevent coronary heart disease. Menaquinone, or MK7, is its natural form, but it can also be made synthetically (5). I opted to go for a brisk walk at a pace of not exceeding 4.8 on the treadmill instead of jogging. After a lunch of 4 strips of homemade chicken fingers, I took a shower and I finally got up to work out at 5pm when my hair had dried enough for me to put it up in a ponytail. Since I hate not showering before 12am, my day was pretty much ruined.įortunately, I soldiered on and spent the morning browsing online stores and adding stuff to my wishlist to cheer myself up (lol).
